Charge

Identify (review) strengths and weakness with the current assessment and eligibility system and make recommendations for improvements.

Scope

In fulfilling this charge, the subcommittee shall:

  • Review the current state assessment criteria;

  • Research the assessment criteria of other states;

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses for current and future consumers with Oregon’s current assessment criteria and other criteria; and

  • Make recommendations to the SB 21 Steering Committee on improvements to the assessment criteria for inclusion in the final SB 21 report.
