Continuously Improving in 2011
Our transformation work is taking new form in 2011. When AMH began participating in the Transformation Initiative, it handled improvements project by project. Today, the division is shifting to a holistic approach AMH is calling continuous systems improvement. In this approach, improvement work must support the AMH mission and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Triple Aim.
Our improvement efforts may start looking a little different but AMH will continue using the transformation tools. Lean know-how and project managment skills we've been learning to get the work done.
