Vision Statement: DMAP is committed to improving satisfaction for clients, providers, and staff, as well as creating simplified and streamlined processes for: electronic communications for providers, provider trainings, video-conferencing for stakeholder meetings, prior authorizations, electronic billing and HSC Prioritized List changes.

Vision Statement: SPD will help seniors and people with disabilities of all ages achieve well-being through opportunities for community living, employment, family support and services that promote independence, choice, dignity by: streamlining the DD service delivery and contracting processes, simplifying the financial eligibility determination process.
