Addictions and Mental Health

Administrative Services Division


Vision Statement: ASD is a partner in providing administrative services to the department. Dynamic partnerships systems and processes co-exist exemplifying the core values in the delivery of consistent services in a cost effective and timely manner or way. Lean is a part of the culture of work.





Children, Adults and Families Division


Vision Statement: Improved outcomes for consumers and staff; more consistent processes and response to consumer demand; improved processes that rely on efficiencies generated from staff participation; and commitment to being responsive to consumer expectations on a statewide basis.





Division of Medical Assistance Programs


Vision Statement: DMAP is committed to improving satisfaction for clients, providers, and staff, as well as creating simplified and streamlined processes for: electronic communications for providers, provider trainings, video-conferencing for stakeholder meetings, prior authorizations, electronic billing and HSC Prioritized List changes.





Public Health Division


Vision Statement: By 2010, there will be a robust and sustainable public health system built on diverse partnerships, a shared strategic vision and a highly competent and engaged workforce at all levels of service delivery.





Seniors and People with Disabilities


Vision Statement: SPD will help seniors and people with disabilities of all ages achieve well-being through opportunities for community living, employment, family support and services that promote independence, choice, dignity by: streamlining the DD service delivery and contracting processes, simplifying the financial eligibility determination process.
