iLearnOregon Logo
iLearnOregon is the Oregon Department of Corrections learning management system (LMS). DOC has moved to a blended training approach and this LMS allows us to register and track all training you participate in, whether it is DOC classroom, vendor sponsered, or online. iLearnOregon also serves as a tool to store training documents for easy use at meetings and musters and to link you to online courses you can take on demand.

Logging into iLearnOregon
     
Official "My Training Progress" Transcript
Follow the steps below to locate, print, and save your official "My Training Progress" transcript. This is the training records report that should be used when submitting a Certified Corrections Officer level application to DPSST.
  1. Log into iLearnOregon 
  2. Click on the Administration section located in the left frame/navigation panel.
  3. Click on Custom Tools in the Administration section
  4. NOTE: this will open an additional Internet Explorer window.
  5. Click on Reporting in the custom tools menu bar
  6. Click on My Training Progress option under the Reporting menu
  7. NOTE: this will display your completed training records
  8. Click on the floppy disk icon/button located just above where it titles “Corrections, Department of” and select PDF option to print a copy.
Change or Update Profile Information
Any time you:
  1. transfer from one institution to another
  2. change functional unit
  3. change manager/supervisor
  4. change in name
  5. have a change in classification

Update or Change "My Contacts"
1.         Log into iLearnOregon
2.         Click on the “Collaboration Center” button in the left navigation panel
3.         Click on “User Directory
4.         Type in the last name of the staff you want to add to your contacts
5.         Click the search button
6.         A list of names will appear (depending the last name)
7.         If you’re not sure which name to select, click on the blue button to the left of the name and an
           “Information” window about that person will appear providing you with more detail about the person.
8.         To the right of the name, click the drop down arrow in the Action column and select “Save Contact
 
Now when you go to “My Contacts” the individual will be listed.

Personal Learning Event Form
Use this form when you have attended training that is not offered by DOC (i.e., seminar, conference, etc.) and you need to receive training credit.

Staff/User Guide
This document provides DOC staff with step by step instructions how to log into iLearn, view training transcript, search for courses, look up documents, view and print Official Training Progress transcript.
