 Summary Amends ORS Chapter 84 to authorize governmental agencies to conduct transactions electronically, or to create or retain electronic records of transactions without an individual's consent if the governmental agency regularly relies on electronic records or conducts transactions electronically.

This only applies if the agency regularly: conducts electronic transactions or creates, sends, accepts, generates, communicates, stores, processes, uses, or relies on electronic records of transactions.
