Fees for public records

Requester must pay quoted fees before Revenue can fulfill the request. Charges are per request. Document charge: $4. Includes:
- Locating a document;
- Copies of 20 or fewer pages;
- Certifying copies; and
- Furnishing copies to taxpayer.
Additional charges:
- 25 cents for each page over 20 pages. For example, a copy of a 22-page document would cost $4.50.
- Search charge. Includes but isn't limited to:
- 25 cents for each copied page.
- Identifying records not clearly defined in the request.
- Locating and accumulating numerous and/or complex records in different locations and/or that are not readily available.
- Examining records to determine that disclosure doesn't violate confidentiality laws: ORS 118.525, 119.515, 192.500, 308.290(5), 308.413, and 314.835. This includes disclosure officer costs, attorney fees, and other related expenses.
- Employee present while requester inspects records.
