2012 Harvest Tax Rates

The rates for taxes on timber harvested during 2012 are:
Forest Products Harvest Tax (FPHT): $3.6841* per thousand board feet (MBF)
Small Tract Forestland (STF) Severance Tax:
- Eastern Oregon—$3.80 per thousand board feet
- Western Oregon—$4.88 per thousand board feet
* Due to legislative update per ORS 321.015 the 2012 FPHT Rate was updated May of 2012. All estimated payments made at the $3.5750 rate will be accepted and no adjustments are necessary.
