Maintenance Standards and Processes

Per OAR 259-008-0064 and OAR 259-008-0065, the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training has set maintenance standards for law enforcement officers, telecommunicators and emergency medical dispatchers currently employed and certified in Oregon.
The Maintenance Documents list and Maintenance Standards chart below are meant to aid agencies in understanding the maintenance process.  If you have any questions, please contact the DPSST Criminal Justice Certifications Unit at schedulecert@state.or.us or call 503-378-4411.
