Consent Agenda
1.a. Request for approval of the minutes from the October 12, 2010 State Land Board meeting.
b. Request for approval to initiate the review and determination of the sale or exchange of up to twenty-four (24) scattered forest parcels (approximately 4,920 acres) in Jackson and Josephine Counties.
c. Request for authorization to initiate rulemaking to amend the rules governing the Lower Willamette River Management Plan (LWRMP) and to develop new rules governing the process for authorizing environmental remediation and/or restoration activities.
 d. Request for approval of the addition of three (3) sites to the Oregon Register of Natural Heritage Resources.

2. Request for adoption of the 2010 Natural Areas Plan.
3.  Request for approval to modify the land sale procedure.
4.  Request for approval of the exchange of quitclaim deeds with the McKenzie River Trust (MRT) in Lane County.
