The State Land Board will meet in executive session to consult with legal counsel concerning current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.  The executive session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h). The executive session is closed to the public.

Regular Session (approximate time 10:30 a.m.)
Consent Agenda
1. a. Request for approval of the minutes of the December 10, 2013 State Land Board
meeting.
   b. Request for approval to initiate rulemaking to amend the administrative rules governing the authorization of special uses on state-owned land (Division 125).
   c. Request for approval to initiate rulemaking to amend the administrative rules governing the leasing and registration of structures on, and uses of state-owned submerged and submersible lands (Division 82).
   d. Request for approval to initiate the review and determination of the sale or exchange of up to three (3) parcels at South Tongue Point, Clatsop County.
   e. Request for approval to grant a permanent easement to the City of Tillamook for a sanitary sewer pipeline under Hoquarton Slough, Tillamook County.
   f. Request for approval to grant a permanent easement to the Oregon Department of Transportation for two existing bridges over Columbia Slough, Multnomah County.
   g. Request for approval to release 4 acres of mineral rights in Lane County.

2. Request for adoption of the John Day Basin Area Plan.
3. Request for approval to proceed with drafting legislative concepts for submittal to the Department of Administrative Services for the 2015 Legislative Session
