Certain insulation projects in your Oregon home may be eligible for a cash payment through our State Home Oil Weatherization program.
Applications received before December 31, 2017 will be processed under the current SHOW Administrative Rules
. Applications received on or after December 31, 2017 will be processed under amended rules, which are currently under review
and open for public comment through December 19.
If your home is primarily heated by oil, propane, kerosene, butane, or wood, you may be eligible for a cash payment if you complete certain insulation work in your home. Homes primarily heated with natural gas or electric heat do not qualify for SHOW cash payments.
The cash payment is valued at 50 percent of the cost of the project.

After completing your insulation project, fill out the SHOW Application and send to the Oregon Department of Energy. Please include your completed Energy Audit Checklist and a copy of your itemized receipt.
Applications are available for owner-occupied homes, rental homes, and Community Action Agencies.
