Meetings
The Oregon Department of Energy values the input provided at the Portland and Eugene meetings in August. To offer opportunities for additional input, ODOE is hosting additional meetings to obtain feedback from anyone interested in changes to residential tax credits. We will provide an overview of proposed rulemaking including changes related to solar photovoltaic systems.

Recent changes in the cost of wholesale and retail solar photovoltaic devices calls for ODOE to review the market conditions that influence and affect the level of the tax credit. (ORS 469B.115 and 316.116(2)(e)(A)).
