New Heating System On Loan Committee Agenda

 Paul Zollner, Loan Manager
The Advisory Committee (Committee) of the Oregon Department of Energy’s state Energy Loan Program (SELP) will meet by teleconference at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5 in Salem to review a loan application for $196,400 from Eugene First United Methodist Church. The loan would finance a new heating system for a common area of the building.
The meeting is open to the public. To participate, log on to the SELP program on the Oregon Department of Energy website at http://www.oregon.gov/ENERGY/LOANS/selphm.shtml. Instructions on how to dial in to take part in the meeting will be posted, or call the information number listed below. Bob Repine, Department of Energy Director, will make the final decision on the loan request after reviewing the Committee’s advice.
SELP makes long-term, fixed-rate loans to governments, tribes, schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals to finance Oregon projects that conserve energy or use renewable resources.
