SALEM—On Monday, Dec. 20, the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) will hold a hearing on Residential Energy Tax Credit (RETC) rules, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The hearing will be held at the ODOE main offices on Marion Street in Salem.
Stakeholders will have an opportunity to provide comment regarding proposed RETC rule changes. Written comment may also be submitted. The public comment period ends on December 21, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Permanent rules must be filed by December 28, 2010.
