Energy Facility Siting Council to meet on March 4

SALEM—Oregon’s Energy Facility Siting Council will meet on Friday, March 4 in The Dalles to review a draft proposed order and public comments on the proposed Summit Ridge Wind Farm.
Though no public comment will be taken at the meeting, the public is welcome to attend. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center (5000 Discovery Dr.).
The proposed Summit Ridge Wind Farm is located in Wasco County, about 10 miles east of Dufur, on approximately 25,500 acres of private land.
