SELPAC to meet March 17 in Eugene

SALEM—The State Energy Loan Program Advisory Committee (SELPAC) will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, in Eugene. The public meeting will be held at the University of Oregon’s Capital Construction Office (1295 Franklin Blvd.).
Among items on the SELPAC agenda include a request from the Oregon University System for a $21,285,000 credit line to fund legislatively mandated projects to update four OUS facilities. Bob Repine, Director of the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE), will make the final decision on the request after reviewing SELPAC’s recommendation.

The State Energy Loan Program (SELP) makes long-term, fixed-rate loans to governments, tribes, schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals to finance Oregon projects that conserve energy or use renewable resources.
