SALEM — Oregon’s Energy Facility Siting Council will hold an emergency meeting on Wednesday to appoint a new hearing officer for an upcoming hearing on the proposed Summit Ridge Wind Farm. The emergency meeting will take place at 10:15 a.m. via teleconference.
The hearing officer who was to officiate the yet-to-be-scheduled meeting on Summit Ridge passed away last month.
