Among the agenda items include Oregon Department of Energy staff updates on projects such as Lime Wind (Baker County), SoloPower (Portland) and the Cool Schools program. The State Energy Loan Program makes long-term, fixed-rate loans to governments, tribes, schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals to finance Oregon projects that conserve energy or use renewable resources.
