SALEM — The Small Scale Energy Loan Program Advisory Committee will meet on November 15 in Salem. The public meeting starts at 10 a.m. at the Oregon Department of Energy Annex (605 Center St. NE).
The agenda items include updates from Oregon Department of Energy staff on proposed changes to SELP rules (prior to a November 29 hearing) and an overview of Cool Schools Phase III.

The Small Scale Energy Loan Program makes long-term, fixed-rate loans to governments, tribes, schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals to finance Oregon projects that conserve energy or use renewable resources.
