Biglow Canyon Wind Farm

Facility: Biglow is a wind energy facility consisting of 217 wind turbines, with a peak generating capacity of 450 megawatts.

Status (Operating): Operations began on Aug. 29, 2010. To review annual Wildlife Monitoring reports, please see the table at the bottom of the page.

Location: Sherman County, approximately 2.5 miles northeast of Wasco
