This page lists Oregon energy facilities that are exempt from the site certificate requirement. This list does not include other energy generation projects that are not "energy facilities" within Siting Council jurisdiction. Facility: Biodiesel production facility designed to produce up to 40 million gallons of biodiesel per year. Location: Morrow County Basis for Exemption: ORS 469.320(2)(f), biofuel production facility that has local land use approval, that requires no transmission lines or pipelines that would require a site certificate, and that produce a fuel, at least 90 percent of which is used in an industrial or refueling facility located within one mile of the facility or is transported from the facility by rail or barge. Status: Construction has not begun.
