Bobby served for six years as Strategic Planning Manager for Hynix Semiconductor, and for five years served as Director of Organizational Affairs for Worksystems Inc. His background also includes serving on the Eugene City Council, the Oregon State Board of Higher Education, the Asian Council, the Oregon Workforce Partnership Board of Directors, and Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He was elected as ASUO President for University of Oregon student body where he received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in public administration.

Bill Wyatt

Bill Wyatt has been the Executive Director of the Port of Portland since October of 2001. The Port operates the state’s largest marine port and airport. Bill previously served as Chief of Staff to former Oregon Governor John A. Kitzhaber for seven years. Wyatt served as a state representative from the Astoria area from 1974 – 1977 and was born in Astoria.

Doug Stamm is an Oregonian with a background in private business, the nonprofit world, and law and have been Chief Executive Officer of Meyer Memorial Trust since April 2002. Prior to joining MMT, he served as National Director of Portland-based Friends of the Children and initiated the expansion of its model program to five cities. Before entering the nonprofit world, he held several executive positions at NIKE, including global director of public affairs.

Greater Portland Inc.’s president and chief executive officer Janet LaBar was a former economic development official in Phoenix. LaBar most recently served as chief performance officer for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, where she coordinated public-private partnerships starting in 2004.

Commissioner Martha Schrader

Martha Schrader was elected to the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners in May 2012. In 2014, she was appointed vice chair of the board. She previously served as Commissioner from 2003 to 2009 and has also served as Commission Chair. She also served as a State Senator from 2009 to 2011.​

Commissioner Nick Fish

Portland Commissioner Nick Fish is in charge of the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services. He is also Council liaison to Elders in Action, Venture Portland, and the Regional Arts & Culture Council. He grew up in upstate New York and Washington, D.C. After graduating from Harvard, he worked as a legislative aide for Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA).
