Catherine Ciarlo is a Senior Project Manager at CH2M in Portland, Oregon, where she leads transportation planning projects ranging from facility plans to strategic action plans and regional funding efforts. She also serves as the Regional Infrastructure Planning and Permitting Practice Lead for the western United States. Prior to joining CH2M she spent four years as the Transportation Director in the office of the Portland Mayor, where she collaborated with diverse agencies and community partners to move projects and policy initiatives forward. Catherine served as the executive director of Oregon’s Bicycle Transportation Alliance from 1998 to 2005, doubling the organization’s membership and building the staff from two to ten. She was a member of the Portland Planning Commission from 2006 to 2008, and served as the first Chair of TriMet’s Transit Equity Advisory Committee from 2014-2016.​
Doug Stamm is an Oregonian with a background in private business, the nonprofit world, and law and has been Chief Executive Officer of Meyer Memorial Trust since April 2002. Prior to joining MMT, he served as National Director of Portland-based Friends of the Children and initiated the expansion of its model program to five cities. Before entering the nonprofit world, he held several executive positions at NIKE, including global director of public affairs.​

Greater Portland Inc.’s president and chief executive officer Janet LaBar was a former economic development official in Phoenix. LaBar most recently served as chief performance officer for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, where she coordinated public-private partnerships starting in 2004.​

Portland Commissioner Nick Fish is in charge of the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services. He is also Council liaison to Elders in Action, Venture Portland, and the Regional Arts & Culture Council. He grew up in upstate New York and Washington, D.C. After graduating from Harvard, he worked as a legislative aide for Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA).
Martha Schrader was elected to the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners in May 2012. In 2014, she was appointed vice chair of the board. She previously served as Commissioner from 2003 to 2009 and has also served as Commission Chair. Schrader served as a State Senator from 2009 to 2011.​​
