Courtney Crowell joined Regional Solutions in July 2017. Courtney worked in state and federal government for the previous 12 years, most recently for the Oregon Health Authority. Before that she spent six years as Senator Merkley's state communications director and previously worked for the Kulongoski administration in both the Governor's office and for Business Oregon. Courtney was born and raised in Baker City and now lives there with her family.

Northeast Regional Solutions Advisory Committee

Tim Seydel is the Vice President of University Advancement and Admissions at Eastern Oregon University, as well as the Executive Director of the Eastern Oregon University Foundation. Mr. Seydel graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in History.​
Ms. Ellingson has served the Leo Adler Foundation for the past 10 years, and has extensive teaching experience at the High School and College level.

Kathy is the Human Resource Manager for Behlen Mfg. and has been with the company since 2000. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Oregon State College and a Master’s Degree from Lamar University. She has served at the state and local level on various workforce investment boards and was a member of the Oregon Employers Council in Baker County.​
Mayor Sands is serving his second term as Mayor of Joseph, and was on the city council for two years prior. Mayor Sands has also served as Chairman of the NEOEDD Board of Directors, and as board member for the Maxville Heritage Center.​
Commissioner Roberts was raised in Minam and Wallowa Oregon and has been in public service since 1983 when she served on the City of Enterprise Budget Committee. She has also served on the Enterprise City Council, was Mayor from 1993 to 2004, and was elected to the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners in 2009.
