By order of the President of the United States, flags to be flown at half-staff until date of interment
(Salem, OR) — Today Governor Kitzhaber ordered all flags at public institutions throughout Oregon be flown at half-staff until date of interment in honor of Hawaii Senator Daniel K. Inouye, President Pro Tempore of the U.S. Senate.
