Governor orders flags at half-staff to honor Police Chief Painter

Flags to be flown at half-staff Saturday for City of Rainier Police Chief Ralph Painter

(Salem) – Governor John Kitzhaber today ordered all flags at public institutions throughout Oregon to be flown at half-staff in honor of City of Rainier Police Chief Ralph Painter. Flags are to be flown at half-staff through the evening of Saturday, January 15, 2011.
