and universities; the Course Approval Process. Oregon high school
counselors and administrators use this process to ensure that courses
considered college preparatory are recognized as such by the seven Oregon
public universities according to their admissions standards.

verify each course as “college prep” or not. This is completed before the
academic year begins, allowing schools to make adjustments to the course or
