SPECIAL NOTE: Beginning on September 1, 2014 the service provider for the online application no longer supports Internet Explorer (IE) 8 on Windows XP due to a security vulnerability that was identified, and because it is no longer a Microsoft supported browser.
Applicants using IE 8 will still be able to apply and go through the application process, but we highly recommend upgrading your system to IE 9, 10, 11 or Firefox 25 and above.

Macintosh Users - Some individuals experience difficulty completing the online application when using a Macintosh (Apple) with the Safari browser. If you are experiencing this problem, downloading the free Internet browser Firefox and using it to access and complete your application may resolve this issue.
