Volunteer and make a difference
  • The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Volunteer Program earned the
    Outstanding Volunteer Program in 2011 from the Governor's Volunteer Awards!

     Volunteer Training Schedule (updated September 11, 2014)

    Trainings are 9:00-3:30 for five days and locations are arranged for the local area.   Applications must be received at least four weeks before training for processing.  Sorry, at this time there are no weekend or evening trainings. 

    Eastern Oregon - September 17, 18, October 1, 2 & 9

    Salem Area - September 30, October 1, 7, 8 & 22​

    North Oregon Coast:  October 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12

    Southern Oregon - October 14, 15, 21, 22 & 23

    Eugene area - Nov 5, 6, 12, 13 & December 5
