  • The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Volunteer Program earned the
    Outstanding Volunteer Program in 2011 from the Governor's Volunteer Awards!

    2013 Volunteer Training Schedule (updated June 7, 2013)

    Trainings are 9:00-3:30 for five days and locations are arranged for the local area.   Applications must be received at least two weeks before training for processing.  Sorry, at this time there are no weekend or evening trainings.

    South Coast - July 16, 17, 23, 24 & 31

    Eastern Oregon - August 13, 14, 20, 21 & Sept 4

    Central Oregon - August 29, 30, Sept 5, 6 & 20

    Portland - September 10, 11, 17, 18 & Oct 1

    Salem - October 2, 3, 9, 10 & 24

    Southern Oregon - October 29, 30, Nov 5, 6 & 19

    Lane County - November 14, 15, 21, 22 & Dec 5
