Portland, OR—DEQ invites the public to attend a rulemaking advisory committee meeting on the alignment of Oregon underground storage tank rules with the Environmental Protection Agency's latest revision of rules in 2015. In addition to compliance, this rulemaking will also raise the annual underground storage tank permit fee. The advisory committee will review issues related to the proposed rules.

When: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2016

The meeting takes place in the 7th floor conference room. The public can access the conference room by first checking in with reception on the 10th floor.

While the public can attend this meeting, there is no opportunity for the public to participate in the meeting. DEQ will hold a public comment period and public hearing later in this rulemaking process.
