Portland, OR—Cleaner Air Oregon, the new initiative to reform industrial air toxics regulations and align them with public health, is seeking input from communities throughout Oregon.

The fourth Cleaner Air Oregon regional forum, led by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and the Oregon Health Authority, will be taking place on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Oregon Convention Center, Oregon Ballroom in Portland.

DEQ and OHA invite you to attend and to provide input on the rulemaking process. The input provided by the public at the forum will be shared with the Cleaner Air Oregon Regulatory Advisory Committee. This committee will be meeting from Oct. through April 2017 and will provide input into the drafting of new air toxics rules.

The forum will include presentations by DEQ and OHA staff, and will offer the opportunity to ask questions.
