Once an applicant's degree and work experience have been completed, then they are ready to take the Law and Rules Examination. This test is mailed to the applicant along with a copy of the law, ORS Chapter 675.705-835 and rules, OAR Chapter 833. This is a pass/fail exam consisting of 31 true/false, multiple choice and fill in the blank questions. No less than 25 questions must be answered correctly in order to pass the exam.
