Use our Optometrist Search to see the legal documents associated with the Oregon Board of Optometry’s discipline cases for the stated individual. As discussed at the November 6, 2015 Board meeting, discipline cases from the last 15 years are included on the agency’s website. At their September 9, 2016 meeting the Board updated the website discipline policy that withdrawn orders will be considered on a case by case basis. Respondents can request an order be withdrawn from the Board's website and the Board will consider each case and make an independent decision on each request.
