Bruce manages the Information Office and serves as the department's public information officer. Bruce responds to media requests, produces department news releases and stories, and manages the ODA Twitter account. He represents ODA on the state Council of Communications Officers and is on the executive board of the Communications Officers of State Departments of Agriculture (COSDA).

Kathy coordinates the design and publishing of ODA public documents and manages ODA website development. She leads the workgroups for website development and printed publications development. She serves on the state E-goverance Committee and the ODA Web2.0 Committee.

He responds to information requests from the public, helps with publication and web page development, and manages the ODA master mailing list.
