Thank you for your interest in ODA photo images. We are pleased to loan ODA photos for one-time, non-commercial use.

Image use policy
The Oregon Department of Agriculture maintains a digital library of images highlighting Oregon’s agricultural industry. These photographic images are made available to the public, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations for the purpose of featuring scenic Oregon and its agriculture.
  • ODA images will not be loaned for commercial advertising purposes.
  • ODA images may be used by graphic design and advertising firms only as required to assist not-for-profit projects and with the knowledge and permission of the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
  • Loaned images may not be duplicated or distributed.
  • ODA reserves the right to reject any request for images.
  • Acknowledgement is required with the use of ODA images.

Acquiring images
Photos from the ODA Web gallery may be used, for non-commercial purposes, without charge. Photo acknowledgment should be given to Oregon Department of Agriculture.

Higher resolution images may be made available upon request; however, you will need to complete the ODA image request form. A processing fee may be required.
