Santiam Canyon Hazardous Fuel Reduction Project
The Oregon Department of Forestry is currently providing technical and financial assistance to Landowners in the Upper Santiam Canyon to reduce wildfire hazards and improve forest health around homes in the Santiam Canyon community. Several grant opportunities are available to help Landowners improve wildland fire danger on their property.  Take advantage of the Santiam Canyon Hazardous Fuel Reduction Project by reducing Wildfire Hazards on your property. Construction of a permanent structure at the Molalla Buckeroo Grounds to be used as a historical museum and for fire prevention activities, such as Smokey Bear presentations.

Wildfire Prevention Sigh Project - The construction of large signs and insertable prevention messages that can be changed throughout the winter for off-season fire prevention messages.

Clackamas County Fire Prevention Co-Op
Producing a series of public service announcements on Firewise Landscaping, Defensible Space, Fireworks, Camper Safety, and Debris Burning that will air on local TV and radio stations.
