Current Trail Information 

• All multi-use trails on the Santiam State Forest have re-opened to horse/equestrian use for the spring and summer of 2013. This includes all trails on the Monument Peak Trail System and in the Shellburg Recreation Area.

• Effective July 30th, 2012, 7-Up Trail and portions of Radio Flyer Trail on the Monument Peak Trail System are closed until further notice due to an active timber sale.

Current Campground Information

• All campgrounds on the Santiam State Forest will re-open May 23, 2013.
