CONTRACT INFORMATION
 
The scope of the Interagency Firefighting Crew Agreement (IFCA) is for private contractors to provide the services of Type 2 twenty-person fire crews, including vehicles and equipment, for wildland fires within the states of Oregon and Washington. Government may dispatch contract resources outside of Oregon and Washington.  
 
2013 IFCA Information 
  
Solicitation for the 2013 IFCA Step Two RFP closed on November 20, 2012. The Initial Term of the Agreement will begin upon award and will expire on November 30, 2014, if not terminated earlier. At the discretion of ODF, the Agreement may be extended for up to four one-year extension terms.

Language Skills Assessment
LSA requirements must be completed by June 1 of each calendar year. All STCR, CRWB and FFT1 firefighters must attend and successfully pass pre-season LSA testing. Testing must be completed by either Clackamas Community College or Rogue River Community College.
