The Tillamook State Forest Recreation Advisory Committee (TRAC) is a nine member panel made up of volunteers from the recreation public. There is a representative for each of the following recreation communities: Angler, ATV Rider, Equestrian, 4-Wheel Driver, Hiker, Hunter, Mountain Biker, Motorcyclist (Dirt Bike), and Member at Large.
Committee members serve a two year term, meeting quarterly with Forest and Recreation Managers, to act as a link between the recreation public and the Oregon Department of Forestry to review and provide input on recreation program plans, policies, and projects.
Committee members also work with the Oregon Department of Forestry to help organize public outreach to the forest use interests they represent in order to gather general public input concerning recreation plans, policies, and projects.
