  • New Technology/Collaboration Help Speed Change Implementation

    When the speed change law was passed by the 2015 Oregon Legislature, we had just two months before the end of the construction season to re-evaluate all the passing zones on the 1,500 miles of affected highway in central and eastern Oregon. By collaborating across discipline within our organization, we were able to implement the speed change in a very efficient manner, saving time and money.
