Oregon Emergency Preparedness Workshop

Oregon Office of Emergency Management is excited to host our fifth annual Oregon Prepared Workshop, April 2-6, 2018, at Sunriver Resort. This workshop provides participants with training and information on programs, current issues, lessons learned, and best practices related to all phases of emergency management. It also offers several days of networking opportunities. For the third year in a row, we are co-presenting the event with the Oregon Health Authority. 

2018 Theme: Bridging the Gap from Response to Recovery


Dates: April 3-5, 2018, with optional trainings on April 2, 2018 and April 6, 2018

Location: Sunriver Resort, Sunriver, Oregon

Audience: Tribal, county, city, special district, state and federal emergency management, public safety and health preparedness staff, DHS/FEMA preparedness grant recipients, non-profit and private sector partners with a role in preparedness, response, recovery, and resilience.

Registration Fee: There is no cost to register for the workshop; registration is closed.

Meals Included: The following meals are included with registration:**

  • Tuesday – breakfast & lunch
  • Wednesday – breakfast, lunch & dinner
  •  Thursday – breakfast & lunch

** Federal employees will be responsible for the cost of all meals they register for. All meals comply with GSA per diem rates.

Lodging:
Attendees are responsible for their own lodging.  All room types are negotiated at the GSA rates with Sunriver Resort. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Negotiated rates will be honored on reservations made prior to February 16, 2018.
