The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is committed to evaluation to help improve programs, systems, and inform policies to help transform Oregon’s health system and reach the ultimate goal of better health, better care, and lower costs.
Evaluation efforts have focused on improving the integration and coordination between primary, specialty, behavioral, and oral health, and will continue to focus on the implementation, outcomes, and impacts of Oregon’s health system transformation.
OHA has used data from a variety of sources, including but not limited to, health care claims, surveys, measures, and programs to evaluate the health system transformation.
