Oregon Health Authority and Federal Policy Updates

Update

May 4, 2017

Today, the U.S. House of Representatives approved a bill to repeal the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare.” But this is one step in the federal legislative process. The repeal of current law is not final.

Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits are still in place. At this time, there are no changes to OHP members’ eligibility, CCO (coordinated care organization) enrollment or access to health care services.
