FamilyCare CCO transition

Transitioning Oregon Health Plan members due to closure of FamilyCare

FamilyCare, Inc., a coordinated care organization (CCO) in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Marion counties, told the Oregon Health Authority that it will not serve Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members after January 31, 2018.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) understands that members and providers are concerned about how FamilyCare's decision to close may affect them.

While OHA continues to work with FamilyCare during the transition, work is underway to ensure OHP members will continue to have access to providers and services. Our top priority is continuity and access to care.

You will not lose your health care. This page will provide status updates on the transition, taking place through January 31.
