Healthy Futures Communications - March 2014

OEBB mailed each employing entity a supply of posters the first week in March 2014, to help promote OEBB's Healthy Futures program as well as two health-promoting programs that are available at no cost to anyone age 18 or over covered on an OEBB medical plan.

The links below are intended to give entities a preview of the printed posters they should receive in the mail. We appreciate your assistance in promoting these programs by watching the mail for your package of posters and displaying them promptly where members will see them. If your entity has not received your posters by March 10th, or if you would like to request more posters, please send an email to oebb.benefits@state.or.us.

Postcards (FYI only - no action required)

On approximately March 13th, OEBB will either email or USPS mail a postcard (following the preference indicated in the MyOEBB system) to all members enrolled in an OEBB medical plan who, as of March 3rd, had not successfully completed Step 1 of the Healthy Futures program, "Agree to Participate". This communication reminds these members of the deadline to complete Step 1 (March 31, 2014) as well as the subsequent steps of the Healthy Futures program.
