Plan Comparison Booklet

Members receiving their information hard copy will receive the Plan Comparison Booklet appropriate for their region. Members receiving their information electronically will receive version "PC1" showing all plans. |
| Carrier Informational Flyers |
Members receiving their information hard copy will only receive the Kaiser flyer if they live or work in a Kaiser-accessible area. Members receiving their information electronically will receive all documents in this link, including Kaiser. |
