Outcomes, Quality and Efficiency Metrics Work Group
Accountability and transparency will be key to the success of this new model. This group will provide input to OHA staff in developing performance standards and benchmarks in order to assess that care is being improved while costs are being reduced. Performance standards will include clinical, financial and operational metrics.

The public comment period for the November work group meetings has closed. All feedback received will be collected and sent to the Oregon Health Policy Board. Thank you for your input.
All HB 3650 work groups are open for the public to attend. However, there will be no public comment or testimony taken during the individual work group sessions. All comment and testimony are welcome at the Oregon Health Policy Board's (OHPB) monthly meetings, which are the second Tuesday of every month.
