Dec. 11 Oregon Health Policy Board meeting
Public Forum: Health System Transformation Progress Report

What: The Oregon Health Policy Board is holding an extended public meeting in December focused on the new coordinated care organizations. Oregon Health Plan members, community stakeholders, and the general public are invited to attend or watch online.

The format will give OHP members and stakeholders a way to provide input on how these changes have affected them and how we can continue to move forward together toward a healthier Oregon.

When: Tuesday, December 11, from 1 to 4:45 p.m.

How to give feedback: The board will be accepting public feedback in a variety of ways for this meeting:

  1. In-person testimony at the board meeting;
  2. Attending one of the board’s satellite meeting locations (see below);
  3. Oral testimony through the board’s live meeting webinar; or
  4. Written testimony.

To provide written testimony, please send your comments to ohpb.info@state.or.us by Dec. 7 with the subject: Health System Transformation Feedback. You can also send written testimony to the Oregon Health Policy Board at 500 Summer St. NE. Salem, OR 97301.

Both written and oral testimony will become part of the board’s public record.

Where: The Oregon Health Policy Board and OHA staff will meet at the Multnomah County Commissioners Board Room: 501 Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard Portland, OR 97214.

Parking

There is the Auditorium Garage located at 1400 SW 3rd Ave, one block from the Market Square Building @ $11.50 daily rate. Smart Park: Smart Park

 

We recommend mass transit. The Market Square Building is served by several bus lines as well as direct service from the Max and Street Car. The Tri-Met trip planner at www.trimet.org will provide the most direct mass transit route for you.
