OHREC is a state-wide collaborative effort between the office of Oregon Health Policy & Research, Oregon Medical Assistance Programs and the health services' research community. Its mission is to deliver relevant, timely, evidence-based results and analysis to improve health, health care and health policy. The collaborative is leading the way in addressing emerging health policy issues that affect the health of Oregonians amidst the realities of the state budget. OHREC's commitment to bridging the gap between research and policy makers is essential during national health care reform.
