Federal Health Reform
The Accountable Care Act passed by Congress in March 2010 impacts many state programs in Oregon. The Office of Oregon Health Policy and Research provides policy analysis and research support on federal reform to the Oregon Health Policy Board, the Oregon Health Authority, the Governor and the Legislature.
Other state agencies will also continue to assess the impact of these reforms on their specific programs we and have provided links to these agencies on this page. We have also included links to national organizations who have developed summaries and other analyses of the federal reform laws for your convenience.
