The following is a list of Oregon Revised Statutes and Oregon Administrative Rules used to administer the Office of Private Health Partnerships.
The on-line versions of the administrative rules and statutes are provided for convenience of reference and enhanced access. The official record copies of these publications are the printed copies retained by the Oregon Secretary of State.
Permanent rules filed before the 15th of the month will be posted on the Secretary of State's website the first of the following month. Rules filed after the 15th will be posted on the first of the next month. Permanent rules can be found under the permanent rules link below.
